Napa is a 500 mg paracetamol (acetaminophen) tablet manufactured by Beximco Pharmaceuticals Ltd. It is primarily used to reduce fever and alleviate a wide range of mild-to-moderate pain. This includes everyday aches like headaches, toothaches, earaches, body aches, and symptoms associated with the common cold or influenza. Additionally, it treats musculoskeletal conditions such as back pain, sprains, muscle aches (myalgia), nerve pain (neuralgia), and the joint stiffness and pain caused by rheumatism or osteoarthritis. Napa is also indicated for more specialized discomforts, including menstrual cramps (dysmenorrhoea), colic pain, inflammatory pain, post-operative and postpartum recovery, as well as post-vaccination pain in children.
